My name is Michelle Arnett, and I am dedicated to empowering individuals to lead healthier lives and enhance their overall well-being. I specialize in fostering effective communication and conflict resolution skills, enabling people to build stronger relationships and create harmonious environments. In addition to individual development, I partner with organizations to cultivate a culture of psychological health and safety through targeted workshops and training programs. My mission is to make a meaningful impact—helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential and thrive personally and professionally.

All About Michelle Arnett, MHS
Welcome! I am a WellCoaches® Certified Lifestyle Medicine Health and Wellness Coach, as well as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Behavior Change Specialist. I also serve as an instructor for Critical Incident Stress Management and De-Escalation Techniques through the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation. Holding a Master of Health Science degree from Boise State University (Go Blue!), I previously worked as a Research Associate at the Center for the Study of Aging. Outside of coaching, I’m passionate about the outdoors—whether hiking, cycling, skiing, or embracing any adventure that comes my way!
