Welcome! I’m a WellCoaches® Certified Lifestyle Medicine Health and Wellness Coach, along with being an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Behavior Change Specialist. I also teach Critical Incident Stress Management and De-Escalation Techniques with the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation. With a Master of Health Science degree from Boise (GO BLUE!!), I previously worked as a Research Associate in the Center for the Study of Aging. When I'm not coaching, I love spending time outdoors—hiking, cycling, skiing, or embarking on any fun adventure that comes my way!
